This color story is a love letter to D.C. Each color tells a story of Ajahmure's life in D.C. Duke Ellington School of the Arts. Some of the best and the brightest walked the halls of Ellington and Ajahmure was one of them. She graduated from Ellington's Theatre Department.

The Ricky Battle Memorial Scholarship will be awarded annually to at least one Duke Ellington School of the Arts senior from the Cinematic Arts and Media Production department. The recipient will demonstrate need and commitment to continuing to carry out FYSM™’s mission through his/her/their post-secondary pursuits.
